About ME

Before BARE

I was tired of buying into every known diet plan out there, hopeful that the next big diet fad was the one that  would fulfil its, "promise," and would make me, "skinny."  I bought into meal plans, diet pills, shakes, etc. and although I would see some results quickly, those pounds never seemed to stay off the way I had hoped. 

Then I found BARE

One day I read a book that forever changed the way I looked at diets and myself. No more was I willing to give the 70 billion dollar diet industry my money, who had only given me harmful side effects and a bunch of broken promises.  

The diet industry WANTS us to FAIL because when we fail, they continue to make more money. 

Instead...it was TIME to INVEST in MYSELF!

BARE is an 8 week commitment where you will have 1 on 1 coaching from me on a weekly basis. 

Each week we will work on a different area of your life that will help give you a different perspective on living your life right NOW! 

I will help you set daily and weekly goals, ones that will guide you into lots of self love and self care. 

Soon, the extra weight you have been carrying around will start to melt off, and stay off.  Because BARE isn’t a yoyo fade diet, i will help you reform the way your mind thinks and how your body feels and because that extra weight isn’t apart of your life anymore it will stay off. 

You’ll learn how to become the BEST version of YOU!

A life coach can support you in finding and staying on your path.  By building a relationship with my clients, I can help you stay motivated and on-task, helping you move toward your long term far-reaching goals.

What kind of commitment do I need to make?

Every client jointly signs a commitment contract with me as their life coach.  I set the terms of the commitment contract to fit your individual goals and plans. 

How do we get started?

The first step is to schedule a free 30 minute introductory session.  In that session, we will get an idea of how well we work together and what our next steps should be from there.
